In many ways, Apple’s iPad Pro is the polar opposite of Raspberry Pi. While both are superbly engineered devices, Raspberry Pi is a great programmable computer while iPad Pro is a highly closed system. The two make a great tag-team combination, though. Launched in 2018, the iPad Pro comes with a USB-C connection, as does Raspberry Pi 4.
With a little tweaking, you can enable Raspberry Pi 4 data sharing via the USB-C cable and set up a static IP address. Get it to set everything up at boot time and you can power and remote-control your Raspberry Pi with just a single USB-C cable.
